Job Summary:
The Medical Staff Services Support Analyst – Data Quality is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of clinician data across multiple business systems. This role serves as a change agent by monitoring data quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of applying sound judgment when reviewing and maintaining critical information.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Maintenance
- Verify and document clinician business entities; conduct annual validation of this data.
- Maintain clinician demographic and contact data across relevant systems.
- Validate data for new clinicians beginning the onboarding process.
- Update clinician data in systems when changes occur or when incorrect data is identified.
- Process Leased Employee (non-Performance Edge account) records.
- Create or update clinician, location, and contract records.
Service Line Account Maintenance
- Perform account team updates.
- Input organizational NPIs (National Provider Identifiers).
- Process Military Verification Queries and maintain associated system documentation.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
- Monitor data quality across one or more business systems.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support process improvements that promote accurate, complete, and reliable information.
Systems & Tools Used:
- Salesforce
- QGenda Credentialing
- Microsoft Office 365 (including Outlook)
- WebEx
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to apply sound judgment when reviewing and maintaining data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical staff services preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, QGenda, or similar credentialing systems is a plus.
