Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications to support patients, doctors, and internal team members.
  • Verify and confirm patient eligibility for consultation services.
  • Accurately record and update patient information in the system.
  • Gather all necessary medical details before consultations (e.g., symptoms, allergies, history, lab results).
  • Schedule and monitor patient appointments, ensuring they follow standard procedures.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via calls, chat, emails, and apps in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report any issues or unusual cases to supervisors and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • With or without experience; 6 months in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be clear and articulate
  • Computer literate and comfortable using digital tools
  • Willing to undergo telemedicine training before deployment
  • Open to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
