Job Overview

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will assist members with healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer experience through professional and empathetic support.

Compensation & Benefits

Upon Hire:

  • 18,000 Basic Pay + Allowances

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with or without experience
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer servicerelated experience

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
