What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with insurance updates, coverage inquiries, and account-related concerns
• Handle balance inquiries, payment plan requests, and refund-related transactions
• Coordinate insurance follow-ups and resolve non-billing healthcare concerns
• Deliver professional, accurate, and empathetic customer service
• Utilize AI-powered tools and resources to enhance customer support and productivity
• Ensure a seamless customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
• At least 10 months of experience supporting a Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical BPO account
• Strong communication, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
• Comfortable working in a night-shift environment
• Experience using AI tools and technology to improve work efficiency is an advantage
