Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assist in resolving patient inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about healthcare services and programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level:02 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented and patient-focused mindset
  • Working Conditions:Office environment with potential for remote work options

High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate

At least 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a Healthcare account

B2 CEFR English proficiency or equivalent communication skills (upper-intermediate English level)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
