About The Role
Were inviting you to be part of our Health Insurance Campaign, where youll assist members with inquiries on preventive care programs, wellness initiatives, care coordination services, chronic disease management, and integrated health management programs. As a CSR, youll help members understand and access services designed to keep them healthy and supported.
Qualifications
- High school graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite at Ortigas Center
- Amenable to night shifts and flexible schedules
- Preferably with healthcare account experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
