What is the job

The Healthcare Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting the reproductive journey of intended parents, egg/sperm donors, and surrogates throughout the fertility treatment process. This role serves as the primary point of contact between patients, fertility clinics, laboratories, and external agencies to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely completion of required medical and administrative steps. The coordinator manages patient communications, tracks treatment milestones, coordinates appointments and screenings, maintains medical records, and supports the successful completion of fertility cycles while delivering compassionate and patient-focused care.

• Serve as the primary coordinator and point of contact for intended parents, donors, and surrogates throughout the reproductive process.

• Provide education, guidance, and support regarding fertility program requirements, treatment milestones, and next steps.

• Coordinate with fertility clinics, laboratories, surrogacy agencies, donor agencies, and other external partners to ensure smooth execution of the reproductive journey.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare, medical office, patient coordination, or care coordination experience.

• Experience managing patient records and healthcare documentation.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.

• Must have stable employment history.
