Be part of our client's team as a Healthcare Business Development & Care Coordinator, driving service growth while guiding individuals through appropriate care pathways. You'll convert qualified leads, manage stakeholder relationships, and support clients across multiple healthcare programs. This role blends business development, community engagement, and service coordination to deliver meaningful, long-term impact.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, with proven success in B2B outreach in the health industry
  • Demonstrated experience handling high-volume sales calls and providing face-to-face sales support at expos, community, and industry events
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of healthcare funding and programs, including NDIS, CHSP, HCP, NSW iCare, and private packages
  • Experience using the My Aged Care (MAC) portal is highly desirable
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence, with willingness to travel intra- and interstate as required
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, to support events and outreach activities

Your Daily Tasks

  • Promote and secure services from existing and prospective clients to drive sales
  • Drive business growth of both low care needs and high complex needs within the Supported Independent Living, Specialised Disability Accommodation, Plan Management, Support Coordination, Core, Home Care Packages, and Private clients
  • Ensure quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
  • Generate Supported Independent Living and Specialised Disability Accommodation new leads to fill SDA and SIL properties
  • Adhere to the Sales Excellence process and procedure
  • Create and develop strong relationships with a diverse group of alliances including Rotary clubs, Rehabilitation hospitals, nursing homes, and chemist groups
  • Create and develop strong relationships with diverse groups of individuals such as Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, Social Workers, Allied Health professionals, Case Managers, etc.
  • Maintain relationships with alliances to ensure continued generation of new leads
  • Review regularly the leads and opportunities generated on the CRM system and successfully convert them into won opportunities
  • Attend sales events, exhibitions, seminars, meetings, etc. that contribute to generating new leads, increasing sales, and building brand awareness
  • Be part of community and social engagement events to promote the brand
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist prospective clients to make informed decisions
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients
  • Maintain ongoing personal communication with clients
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities and communicate opportunities to the Quality & Risk team to make appropriate changes, as required
  • Develop and drive implementation of quality improvements across the operations team
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and developments in Aged Care and Disability support
  • Behave in accordance with and be an advocate of the organization's Values and Behaviours
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) obligations and legislative requirements
  • Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations
  • Demonstrate respect for the rights, confidentiality, and dignity of existing and prospective clients
  • Other duties as assigned
