Innodata is looking for a Healthcare AI Support Specialist (Human-in-the-Loop) to support U.S. healthcare clinics by assisting patients and working alongside AI tools to improve service quality and workflows.
What You'll Do
- Review, test, and improve AI-powered agents
- Manage U.S. healthcare clinic accounts
- Assist patients via inbound and outbound calls
- Handle scheduling, intake, and rescheduling
- Support front-desk and patient coordination tasks
- Review call outcomes and help improve patient experience
- Support AI workflow and prompt improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experienced in patient-facing, healthcare VA, or healthcare BPO roles
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional and patient-focused phone communication
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business and client requirements.
