Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support
- Communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
- Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with or without experience
- Completed 2 years in College with 6months customer service related experience/work experience
- Above Average English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge with MS Office
