- College graduates are welcome to apply, with or without work experience.
- College undergraduates who have completed at least 2 years in college must have at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience.
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good comprehension skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
