Job Description

This is a highly specialized role requiring native or near-native U.S. English proficiency, direct experience working within the U.S. healthcare system, and strong technical/solution-selling expertise.

Candidates without this background will not be considered.

About the Role

This is a quota-carrying, closing role focused on mid-market and enterprise healthcare accounts across iFax (G2's #1 rated online fax service) and Fill.

You will act as both:

  • A strong closer, running multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end with clinics, medical groups, health systems, and healthtech companies.
  • A trusted advisor to healthcare buyers, fluent enough in their workflows (intake, referrals, compliance, document routing) to sell solutions, not features.

The core mandate is simple: Drive new ACV and expansion by solving real healthcare document and workflow problems with iFax and Fill.

Sales Ownership

  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, close
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot
  • Map buying committees and navigate procurement, IT, and security reviews
  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual quota consistently

Healthcare Workflow Fluency

  • Develop working knowledge of US healthcare operations, including:
  • Patient intake and referrals
  • Document routing and records requests
  • Prior authorizations
  • Compliance and revenue cycle touchpoints
  • Translate these pain points into tailored iFax/Fill use cases in every demo

Customer Engagement & Expansion

  • Build strategic relationships that position you as a trusted advisor, not a vendor
  • Identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts and hand off cleanly to Customer Success
  • Feed patterns and objections back to Product and Marketing

Security & Compliance Conversations

  • Confidently address HIPAA, BAAs, and data handling questions in buyer conversations
  • Support security reviews without owning the compliance function

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and CS to close deals and sharpen positioning
  • Contribute insights from the field to improve sales plays, content, and roadmap priorities

You Might Be a Fit If

  • You have 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS closing experience with documented attainment (come ready to share numbers)
  • You've run multi-stakeholder mid-market or enterprise deals, not just transactional SMB cycles
  • You've sold into US healthcare — or you've sold into a regulated industry (legal, financial services, education) and can credibly pick healthcare up fast
  • You're native-level fluent in US English, written and spoken
  • You're fluent in HubSpot and comfortable with structured pipeline hygiene
  • You think in workflows, not features, and can tailor a demo in real time
  • You're comfortable in a startup: less process, more ownership, faster feedback loops
  • You can work core US business hours

What Success Looks Like

At 6 Months

  • Pipeline is healthy, qualified, and forecastable
  • You're closing deals at or above target, with a clear pattern in the segments you win
  • Demos are tailored to healthcare workflows — not generic product walkthroughs
  • You're a credible voice in procurement and security conversations

At 12 Months

  • Consistent quota attainment with a repeatable motion for healthcare accounts
  • Expansion revenue flowing from accounts you've closed
  • You're influencing positioning and sales plays with real field insights
  • You're the AE other team members learn deal strategy from

Your KPI

Net-New ARR Growth from healthcare accounts.

Your success is measured by how many new healthcare facilities.

Interview Process

As part of our hiring process, candidates will go through the following stages:

  • AI Interview – An initial interview conducted using AI. This is a required step, and only candidates who are comfortable with this format should apply.
  • Screening Interview – A live conversation with our team to assess experience, fit, and alignment.
  • Case Assessment – A structured exercise where you will present your approach to a real-world enterprise scenario.
  • Final Panel Interview – A deeper discussion with cross-functional stakeholders.

Top candidates may also be invited for a final conversation with the CEO.
