- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefit offerings.
- Monitor and analyze benefit trends to recommend program enhancements.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance.
- Prepare and analyze benefit reports for management review.
- Support the implementation of new benefit programs or changes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefit transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Health & Welfare Benefits Analyst Should Have
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits administration.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant HR and benefits management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to tasks.
