Health & Safety Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring on-site health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Support risk assessments and ensure that appropriate safety measures are in place.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Monitor compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to promote and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer.
• Appropriate OSH training and qualifications for the Safety Officer 2 (SO2) designation.
• Ability to work on-site and support project safety requirements.
• Amenable to a 12-month contract (Project-based)
