Health Officer

We are seeking a full-time Health Officer for an on-site position in Metro Manila. The Health Officer will be responsible for overseeing health and safety standards, implementing workplace safety protocols, and promoting occupational and community health initiatives. Duties include conducting health assessments, ensuring compliance with health regulations, providing support in developing health programs, and training employees on best practices in workplace and construction safety. The role requires active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment and community wellbeing.

• Knowledge and experience in Occupational Health and Community Health practices
• Proficiency in Workplace Safety and Construction Safety protocols and regulations
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate, train, and collaborate with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to assess and mitigate health and safety risks
• Relevant certifications in health and safety or a related field are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Environmental Health, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with local and international health and safety standards is a plus
