Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries
• Assist customers with room bookings and reservations
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests
• Assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• No call center or hotel reservations experience needed — BPO/customer service background a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Customer-first attitude and good listening skills
• Comfortable learning reservation systems and processes
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
