- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical)
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in engineering projects.
- With at least 3 years in dams and hydropower construction or maintenance
- Required in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Exposure to risk assessment and safety audits
- Leading emergency response and training drills
Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge of dam safety guidelines
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and water resource permits
- Incident root cause analysis
- Training facilitation and public speaking
