Role Description This full-time HeadHunter role is an on-site position based in Quezon City. The HeadHunter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates for roles across Diamond Laboratories Group, using a mix of online platforms, professional networks, and industry events. Daily activities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and managing candidate pipelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing candidate reports, and providing a positive, inclusive experience for all applicants. The HeadHunter will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to support workforce planning and help build a strong, diverse talent pool aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Talent sourcing and recruitment skills, including experience with candidate search tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Competence in interviewing, candidate assessment, and evaluating qualifications against role requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, local labor market trends, and basic employment regulations in the Philippines.
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, demonstrate professional judgment, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for pharmaceutical, medical, or health-related industries is an advantage, along with familiarity with generic and health product markets.
