Job Description

The Head of Strategy & Transformation Management – Portfolio Integration performs a critical enabler role for Globe's IT organization, focusing on strategic demand management and enterprise portfolio orchestration. The manager leads and governs the end-to-end flow of demands into the EPMO Funnel, ensuring that investments are prioritized, aligned to supply capacity, and integrated across programs.

This lead drives demand-supply alignment conversations, facilitates investment trade-off decisions, and ensures cross-program visibility on impacts and interdependencies. The role is central to translating strategic priorities into a coherent, executable IT portfolio.

DEMAND PRIORITIZATION & TRADE-OFFS ensuring that strategies are implemented, transformation priorities are carried out and blockers are properly addressed

EPMO FUNNEL ORCHESTRATION owning and maintaining the EPMO Funnel as the single source of truth for all incoming IT demands including governing ideation to actual project/program implementation

DEMAND-SUPPLY ALIGNMENTmaintaining a cross-program, macro-level view of capacity and demand to support top-down impact assessments vis-a-vis roadmap activities

CROSS-PROGRAM INTEGRATION articulating and managing cross-program impacts and interdependencies across all demands

STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE & CONTROLSensuring adherence to guardrails, EPMO processes, policies, and control mechanisms and enabling the leaders to have proper oversight for portfolio steering

VISIBILITY & EXECUTIVE ENGAGEMENT driving executive conversations and formal presentations on portfolio status, demand trade-offs, and interdependency maps and maintaining the Portfolio Register

Skills


  • Strong portfolio management skills to orchestrate demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with IT capacity and roadmap commitments
  • Effective facilitation and executive communication skills to lead investment trade-off conversations and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to map, track, and govern cross-program interdependencies and impacts at the macro portfolio level
  • Deep understanding of Globe's business objectives to translate strategic priorities into executable IT portfolio decisions
  • Familiarity with telecommunications business domain, EPMO processes, IT systems/technologies, and industry best practices in demand and portfolio management

Hiring Requirements


Work Experience:

  • Must have Project Management Certification and/or Agile Project Management Certification
  • Preferably 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in Strategy Management, IT Transformation, Large-Scale Program Management, or Enterprise Portfolio Management
  • Proven track record in demand prioritization, EPMO, and cross-program integration
  • Knowledge and exposure to IT Solutions, Telco Industry, and investment governance frameworks
  • Knowledgeable on process best practices and continuous improvement principles

Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
