Our Safety, Security, and Administrative Services group is looking for experienced and driven professionals to join us in Makati as Head, Safety and Security Systems Department.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head, Safety and Security and Administrative Services. You will lead, direct and plan all matters related to EastWest's safety and security function to ensure that the safety and security of EastWest and its employees are safeguarded.
You will also ensure the bank's adherence to all security and safety compliances, as mandated by regulators.

What The Role Will Entail
- Provide operational oversight and ensure strict implementation of EastWest's safety and security policies, standards, and procedures across all systems, including hardware and software installation, maintenance, and replacement, under the direct guidance of the Head of Safety and Security Division (SSD).
- Lead incident response management in coordination with the Head, SSD, providing timely support to SSD units and the wider organization.
- Escalate and refer safety and security concerns promptly to the appropriate SSD teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Supervise outsourced safety and security personnel assigned to the SSD Operations Center, ensuring full compliance with EastWest's safety and security standards across all sites, including Head Offices, Business Centers, Cash Services Centers, EWRBs, warehouses, facilities, stores, and ROPA areas.
- Conduct regular inspections across all facilities to monitor compliance, evaluate performance, and ensure adherence to established safety and security directives by both internal employees and third-party personnel.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of Safety and Security Systems Major Action Plans by regularly updating the Head, SSD, and recommending enhancements aligned with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
- Coordinate closely with external service providers and vendors on matters related to safety and security systems operations and service delivery.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of effective, reliable, and compliant safety and security systems services, safeguarding bank employees, clients, assets, and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in any field. Masteral degree is a plus
- At least five (5) continuous years of professional experience, two (2) years of which must be as a corporate security practitioner. Law enforcement experience is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills to effectively collaborate and drive results
- Customer-focused, courteous, and maintains a positive attitude, with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
