Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for the Head of Warehousing. The primary responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, from vendor management to inventory control, and ensuring the seamless integration of physical and digital retail networks. Daily tasks involve optimizing order fulfillment, logistics processes, maintaining cost efficiency, supervising warehouse operations, and implementing scalable supply chain strategies to meet market demands. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver consumer-first solutions is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Logistics Optimization
• Strong Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Forecasting for operational efficiency
• Experience with Warehousing Solutions and Distribution Network Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations is a plus
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven industry experience in supply chain roles, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector
