Job Purpose:

The Head of Transformation provides enterprisewide leadership across all technologyenabled and crossfunctional transformation initiatives. Operating in a hybrid model, the role owns delivery for enterprise strategic programs while governing and assuring IT, Operations, and businessunit portfolios. The role ensures execution excellence, strategic alignment, prioritization, and financial stewardship across all transformation investments. It partners with delivery owners across IT, Life Operations, Finance, HR, CX, and Distribution to ensure outcomes, benefits realization, and disciplined execution.

1) Enterprise Strategy Alignment & Transformation Governance

  • Lead enterprise transformation cadence (strategic reviews, portfolio alignment, prioritization).
  • Ensure all enterprise and IT/Ops initiatives are aligned to strategy, architecture principles, and capacity constraints.
  • Define transformation outcomes, KPIs, baselines, and benefits targets for enterprise programs.

2) Enterprise Program Delivery Leadership

  • Directly lead delivery of enterprisewide strategic programs (technologyenabled, regulatory, or multiBU).
  • Provide delivery assurance and oversight on all IT and Operations portfolios escalate systemic risks, capacity gaps, and crossportfolio dependencies.
  • Drive resolution of crossfunctional issues by coordinating accountable delivery leads across IT, Life Ops, and other business units.

3) Portfolio, Project & Change Execution Excellence

  • Set minimum standards for delivery frameworks, RAID, reporting, benefits management, and enterprise PMO practices.
  • Run enterprise portfolio governance (intake, prioritization, gating, performance reviews).
  • Consolidate enterprise portfolio dashboards with execution KPIs, financials, risks, and impacts for EXCO.

4) Budget & Financial Accountability (Shared/Co-Ownership)

  • Co-own transformation budgets with Finance and accountable functional heads.
  • Lead OPEX/CAPEX planning for transformation programs challenge assumptions and ensure financial discipline.
  • Oversee benefits realization tracking, ROI/TCO reviews, and investment transparency across programs.

5) Executive Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Prepare EXCO/SteerCo papers with options, trade-offs, decision impacts, and enterprise risk views.
  • Drive alignment across Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, CX, Distribution, and Operations for transformation execution.
  • Serve as Chair/Secretary delegate for key governance bodies (Transformation SteerCo, Enterprise Portfolio Reviews).

6) Policy, Risk & Compliance Governance

  • Maintain transformation governance policies, delivery standards, and controls.
  • Coordinate audit, compliance, regulatory readiness, and remediation with functional owners.
  • Strengthen enterprise-wide risk visibility and decision-making through structured governance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in technology/operations governance, portfolio management, strategy execution, or financial planning roles proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with EXCO.
  • With deep understanding of IT and Operations cost structures, delivery lifecycles, and governance frameworks excellent analytical, executive communication, and board-level presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset decision quality under ambiguity instills trust drives engagement builds effective teams.
  • Change leadership cultivates innovation ensures accountability balances stakeholder needs.
