Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Transaction Banking to lead and drive the growth of a leading international bank's Transaction Banking business in the Philippines.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven banking professional who can lead business strategy, strengthen key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Transaction Banking business, covering Payments & Cash Management and Trade & Supply Chain Finance.
Drive business growth, revenue generation, and profitability across new and existing corporate and institutional clients.
Lead and develop high-performing sales teams, ensuring strong execution of business strategies and targets.
Build strategic relationships with key clients and identify opportunities to expand the bank's market presence.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored banking solutions and improve client experience.
Oversee business risks, controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure operational efficiency and sustainable business performance.

Qualifications:

Extensive senior leadership experience in Transaction Banking within the banking industry.
Strong expertise in Payments & Cash Management and Trade & Supply Chain Finance.
Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and revenue growth.
Solid understanding of corporate and institutional banking, banking regulations, risk management, and governance.
Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
