Role Description

The Head of Sustainability is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role involves the development and implementation of corporate sustainability strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's business goals and values. Key responsibilities include leading sustainability initiatives, establishing sustainable practices across operations, engaging with stakeholders to promote sustainability objectives, and overseeing sustainability reporting. Additionally, the Head of Sustainability will collaborate with corporate social responsibility (CSR) teams to achieve impactful community and environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Proficient in Sustainability Reporting and employing Analytical Skills for data-driven insights
• Experience in Stakeholder Engagement to foster and maintain impactful partnerships
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
