About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Sustainability Head to champion and execute our sustainability strategy across all manufacturing and logistics operations. As the primary point of contact for all sustainability initiatives, you'll ensure alignment with both our organizational agenda and global corporate sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sustainability Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic sustainability plans for all manufacturing and logistics sites.
- Collaborate with global sustainability teams for reporting, benchmarking, and new initiatives.
- Foster a culture of sustainability through education, campaigns, and recognition programs.
Resource Management & Waste Reduction
- Partner with site leads to minimize food loss, waste, and plastic usage.
- Conduct technical audits and support Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) programs.
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
Waste Recycling & Circularity
- Coordinate with Facility Management on waste data and landfill reduction efforts.
- Monitor recycling performance and introduce innovative solutions.
Safety & Compliance
- Integrate sustainability into EMS and OSH programs.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
Consultancy & Technical Audits
- Conduct audits and develop toolkits to enhance engineering and sustainability operations.
- Recommend new technologies and process improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sustainability (Chemical or Environmental Engineering preferred)
- At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar or related role
- Sustainability-related training or certifications preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and MS Excel skills
- Willingness to travel across various sites
- Amenable to working onsite in Canlubang, Laguna
