Are you a sharp, systems-driven supply chain leader with a passion for precision, process, and performance Dragon Edge Group (DEG) is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Head to drive world-class logistics, procurement, and inventory management for our fast-growing consumer brands. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in building the backbone that delivers beloved products like Cycles Baby, Cradle, and Beach Hut into the hands of millions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, procurement, warehouse ops, and last-mile delivery
- Build reliable forecasting and inventory systems that eliminate stockouts for top SKUs
- Drive operational KPIs like DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), inventory health (DSI), and cost-to-sales ratio
- Manage and optimize 3PLs, warehouse performance, and fulfillment partners
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align plans, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
- Champion cost savings initiatives and develop a high-performing operations team
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain and operations management
- Proven success in high-SKU count environments and inventory optimization
- Strong background in warehouse systems, WMS tools, forecasting dashboards
- Experience managing suppliers, 3PLs, freight partners, and service level agreements
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement mindset
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong leadership chops
