Job Description

  • Lead the Supply Chain function to ensure product availability, optimal inventory control, and alignment with business demand
  • Drive S&OP process, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to support sales and production requirements
  • Ensure OTIF delivery by aligning production capacity, demand planning, and inventory levels
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling, including short-term prioritisation during capacity constraints
  • Manage procurement planning for raw materials, packaging materials, and co-packed finished goods
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting down to SKU level and proper integration of new product launches
  • Monitor inventory control, stock accuracy, and obsolescence management
  • Lead Procurement, Planning, and Demand Planning teams, ensuring execution of agreed supply chain processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain performance KPI tracking
  • Ensure compliance with QSHE standards and internal operating procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • APICS certification is an advantage
  • 5–10 years of supply chain experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong experience in S&OP, demand planning, production planning, and procurement coordination
  • Good knowledge of import/export, logistics, and inventory management
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex supply chain operations
  • Familiar with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office
