Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership

Define and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Lead and develop supply chain teams across procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Planning and Operations

Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
Ensure efficient production planning in coordination with manufacturing and quality teams.
Optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks for cost, service level, and scalability.

Procurement and Supplier Management

Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and third-party services.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality, continuity, and cost competitiveness.
Mitigate supply risks through supplier diversification and contingency planning.

Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, local regulatory requirements).
Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to uphold product integrity and traceability.
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Quality to support new product launches and promotions.
Provide regular performance updates, KPIs, and insights to executive management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-site supply chain operations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
