P&L & overall business leadership responsibility
Define and execute the overall B2C commercial strategy aligned with company growth targets
Own growth across all sales & distribution channels
Lead & develop a high performing team
Partnerships & ecosystem management
Customer lifecycle management - acquisition, onboarding & retention
Product, marketing & brand execution

The Successful Applicant

A background in telco, experience in FMCG/Fintech with exposure to the telco industry and/or a consulting background, focused on telecommunications
Strong multi-functional experience (strategy, product, commercial, marketing)
Excellent leadership skills - proven track record developing leaders
Highly strategic as well as hands on in execution
Ideally a Filipino talent / knowledge of the Philippines / SEA telco industry
