We're looking for someone who can turn partnerships into performance.
The Enterprise Head of Strategic Accounts will lead The Medical City's enterprise relationships
with HMOs, insurers, corporate clients, and government institutions, the partnerships that move
tens of thousands of patients through our hospitals and clinics every year.
Reporting directly to the President and Group CEO, you will work closely with both the Group
Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and the Group CFO to make sure every
agreement we sign makes sense commercially, operationally, and strategically.
You will shape how we engage with payers and institutional partners, how we negotiate value,
and how we deliver it across our network.
This is not a sales job. It is all about relationship management and influence. The candidate will be
part strategist, part diplomat, and part deal-maker, with a strong focus on growth.
