Job Description

We're looking for someone who can turn partnerships into performance.

The Enterprise Head of Strategic Accounts will lead The Medical City's enterprise relationships

with HMOs, insurers, corporate clients, and government institutions, the partnerships that move

tens of thousands of patients through our hospitals and clinics every year.

Reporting directly to the President and Group CEO, you will work closely with both the Group

Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and the Group CFO to make sure every

agreement we sign makes sense commercially, operationally, and strategically.

You will shape how we engage with payers and institutional partners, how we negotiate value,

and how we deliver it across our network.

This is not a sales job. It is all about relationship management and influence. The candidate will be

part strategist, part diplomat, and part deal-maker, with a strong focus on growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead system-wide relationships with HMOs, insurers, corporates, and key government entities
  • Negotiate and manage enterprise-level contracts and partnership frameworks
  • Align pricing, service delivery, and performance metrics across hospitals and clinics
  • Collaborate with the GCMBDO on growth strategy and partner engagement initiatives
  • Work with the CFO to model pricing, rebate structures, and account profitability
  • Build a data-driven view of account performance
  • Represent TMC with authority and credibility to senior stakeholders and institutional partners

Who You Are

  • Currently managing institutional accounts or network relations in an HMO, insurer, or hospital group
  • Commercially astute and financially literate, understanding pricing models and patient pathways
  • Confident negotiator who knows when to push, when to listen, and when to close
  • Data-savvy and detail-oriented, but thrives in a fast-moving, people-driven environment
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and presenting to C-suite partners
