Job Description
- Own and lead the SME retail business strategy and portfolio performance
- Drive acquisition growth through channel partnerships, field sales, and digital funnels
- Develop and execute nationwide go‑to‑market initiatives for SME offerings
- Manage P&L outcomes and ensure targets across acquisition, portfolio quality, and profitability
- Collaborate closely with product, credit, risk, and operations for seamless customer delivery
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SME commercial team
- Identify and build external partnerships with associations, enterprises, and ecosystem players
- Monitor market trends to drive innovation and competitive positioning
The Successful Applicant
- 8-12+ years of experience in SME retail banking, fintech, or financial services
- Strong background in acquisition, sales leadership, and portfolio management
- Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver commercial results
- Experience in building and strengthening partner ecosystems
- Strategic mindset but hands‑on in driving execution
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
