About The Role

We are looking for a Retail Service Delivery Head to lead the end-to-end delivery of this combined portfolio. This senior leadership role owns the technology roadmap for unsecured lending and wealth systems using top-tier third-party platforms.

The role does not own in-house software development; instead, it focuses on solution design, integration, vendor delivery management, and end-to-end program execution

Security Bank Corporation (SBC) is embarking on a critical strategic transformation for 2026–2027. This includes replacing the bank's core Card Management System (CMS), modernizing credit/debit card capabilities (including xPay and digital wallets), and simultaneously driving the modernization of our Wealth Management technology ecosystem.

How You'll Contribute

1. Strategy & Portfolio Roadmap Execution

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders (Cards Business, Wealth Management, Risk, Operations, Architecture, and Enterprise IT) to define and execute the technology roadmap.
  • Sets direction for platform evolution across the flagship CMS replacement program, digital servicing, and core Wealth Management systems.
  • Balances large-scale strategic programs, regulatory/risk commitments, and BAU changes across both domains.

2. Solution Leadership & Third-Party Integration

  • Aligns with Enterprise and Domain Architects on target architecture, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, microservices), and non-functional requirements
  • Ensures third-party platforms are configured and seamlessly integrated into the SBC landscape (channels, core banking, switching, fraud, GL, data).
  • Shapes and signs off on solution options, complex multi-phase data migration strategies, and high-risk cutover plans.

3. Vendor Governance & Ecosystem Management

  • Acts as the primary technology counterpart for key vendors and implementation partners (CMS providers, core Wealth vendors, card schemes, and tokenization partners).
  • Drives strict vendor governance, managing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs, and multi-party delivery dependencies to minimize business disruption.

4. Leadership & Talent Management

  • Leads, develops, and retains a high-performing Business Unit IT organization comprising Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Leads, and Test Leads.
  • Fosters a culture of accountability, domain excellence, and modern hybrid/agile delivery practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services technology and change leadership
  • Proven Track Record: Successful execution of large, complex platform implementation or replacement programs (e.g., core systems, CMS, or core wealth/t24 platform upgrades), including multi-phase data migrations and high-risk cutovers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in business administration is highly preferred

Core Fields of Specialization

  • Unsecured Lending Domain: Deep knowledge of the issuer side, including credit cards, personal loans, rewards, collections, and scheme integrations (Mastercard, Visa, xPay)Unsecured Lending Domain: Deep knowledge of the issuer side, including credit cards, personal loans, rewards, collections, and scheme integrations (Mastercard, Visa, xPay).
  • Delivery Management: End-to-end solution design, integration architecture, robust testing governance, and vendor contract/SLA management.

Bonus / Preferred Specialization (Highly Desirable)

Wealth Management Domain & Avaloq Expertise

  • Avaloq Platform Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience leading solutions, implementation, configuration, or delivery tracks on the Avaloq Banking Suite.
  • Wealth Domain Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of Wealth Management tech stacks, including portfolio management, private banking workflows, investment products, and digital wealth servicing solutions.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Proven experience integrating Avaloq or similar core wealth platforms with retail banking systems, middleware, and local regulatory reporting frameworks.
