Title : Retail Service Delivery Head Unsecured Lending

We are seeking a Retail Service Delivery Head Unsecured Lending to lead the end-to-end delivery of credit cards and unsecured lending platforms, supporting a strategic modernization of the bank's cards and unsecured lending technology landscape. This includes a major Card Management System (CMS) replacement and enhancements to digital payment capabilities such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for third-party vendor management, platform integration, system migration, and large-scale transformation delivery, while ensuring operational stability and minimal customer disruption. The role partners closely with Retail, Cards, and Technology leadership to successfully deliver a multi-year change program.

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services technology
• Strong background delivering credit cards and unsecured lending platforms
• Proven leadership in large platform replacement or migration programs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Skills Required

• Unsecured lending and credit cards domain expertise
• CMS / core card platform transformation experience
• Third-party platform integration and delivery management
• Large-scale program and portfolio delivery leadership
• Vendor and senior stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of unsecured lending and cards technology initiatives, including Card Management System (CMS) replacement
• Own end-to-end solution delivery across third-party platforms and system integrations
• Manage portfolio delivery covering timelines, budget, quality, and risk
• Oversee testing, migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization for high-risk programs
• Lead vendor governance and senior stakeholder communication
