Head of Sales

Residential Interiors | Furniture | Cabinets | Home Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the growth of our residential interiors business, covering custom cabinetry, furniture, interior solutions, and other home improvement products.

Strong background in sales leadership, business development, and marketing—and understand how to turn design concepts into successful sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in interior design, furniture, cabinetry, construction, home improvement, property, or related industries.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the residential interiors / home furnishing market.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commercially driven, strategic, and highly results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
