Job Description

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance. The successful candidate will drive growth, manage P&L, build and lead high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with all local regulations. This role reports directly to the country head.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve market leadership and significant market share in the Philippines used auto financing space.
  • Lead strategic thinking and execution of new initiatives across each key vertical- credit, collection, sales and operations

Financial Management

  • Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and profitability.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 40+ professionals across Sales, Operations, Credit, Collection
  • Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and ethical conduct.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning with the country head and co-founders

Stakeholder and External Relations

  • Serve as the primary external representative for the business unit in Manila, engaging with investors, creditors and bank partners
  • Liaise effectively with global/regional leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with local laws and internal policies.
