- Provide national leadership for nursing and clinical operations across all sites.

- Oversee competency‑based training programs for Hemodialysis Nurses.
- Lead the clinical quality agenda, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

- Manage audits, quality metrics reporting, and performance reviews.
- Champion patient and employee safety initiatives across the network.

- Serve as a key member of the country leadership team, developing and coaching clinical teams.
Anforderungsprofil
- Registered Nurse or licensed healthcare professional.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical services, or quality management.
- Strong background in clinical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
- Skilled in data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in dialysis, hospital, or specialty care settings is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
