Job Description

Position Summary

The Head of Product Portfolio & Ecosystem Strategy will be responsible for creating that portfolio discipline. This includes maintaining product information, enabling internal and external communication, supporting product demos, defining go-to-market materials, building pricing and business case models, documenting success cases, evaluating vendors and identifying new technologies or partnerships that can strengthen the company's value proposition. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. The right candidate must be able to organize complexity, translate technology into business value, support commercial conversations and lead a small product team in a fast-moving transformation environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Build and maintain a structured inventory of products, platforms, solutions, pilots, capabilities and reusable assets.
  • Establish clear portfolio governance criteria to support lifecycle decisions.
  • Ensure the portfolio reflects market needs, client demand, operational priorities and measurable business impact.

2. Product Enablement, Demos & Commercial Readiness

  • Create and maintain product one-pagers, pitch materials, FAQs, demo scripts, product narratives and client-facing enablement content.
  • Maintain updated materials for sales conversations, client presentations, internal awareness and leadership reviews.
  • Partner with Sales / Client Growth and Strategic Market Engagement to package capabilities into market-ready solutions.

3. Go-to-Market, Pricing & Business Case Support

  • Define go-to-market plans for priority products and capabilities.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales and business owners to validate pricing assumptions, commercial viability and margin impact.
  • Help translate operational and technology capabilities into commercial narratives that support growth and client expansion.

4. Success Cases, Value Storytelling & Portfolio Communication

  • Build and maintain a library of product success cases. Capture the problem, solution, implementation approach, adoption results and measurable impact of relevant initiatives.
  • Help increase awareness and adoption of existing capabilities before new solutions are built from scratch.

5. Technology Ecosystem, Partnerships & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor emerging technologies in AI, automation, BPO platforms, CX, workforce management, quality automation, recruiting technology, knowledge management and digital operations.
  • Identify new vendors, platforms, startups and technology partners with potential strategic value.
  • Support vendor rationalization decisions, including renewals, renegotiations, consolidation, replacement or deprecation.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance and technology teams when vendor or contract decisions require business input.
  • Create a structured approach to technology scouting, vendor briefings, industry events and innovation forums.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead a lean product portfolio team and ensure strong execution across portfolio management, enablement, demos and product communication

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, product portfolio management, product marketing, technology partnerships, digital transformation, B2B SaaS, CX technology, BPO technology or business transformation.
  • Experience leading product-related teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience organizing product portfolios, roadmaps, product documentation or lifecycle governance. Experience creating go-to-market materials, product narratives, sales enablement content or client facing solution materials.
  • Experience supporting product demos, solution showcases or commercial presentations.
  • Experience building business cases, pricing models or commercial viability analysis.
  • Experience evaluating technology vendors, platforms or digital solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in BPO, CX, contact center operations, workforce management, quality automation, recruiting technology, AI, automation or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience creating digital product catalogs, internal marketplaces, product portals or client-facing product pages.
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, technology partnerships, alliances or ecosystem strategy.
  • Experience working with Sales, Client Growth, Operations, Finance, Procurement or Technology teams. Experience in global, regional or multi-country organizations.
  • Experience in transformation, innovation or capability-building environments
  • Fluency in Spanish language is an asset.
