The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is an advantage but not required

Experience

• More than 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, digital product development, or related fields, including senior product leadership roles
• Proven experience in managing product portfolios, strategic roadmaps, investment priorities, and value realization
• Demonstrated success in aligning product strategies with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, product delivery frameworks, and cross-functional operating models
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executives, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong expertise in product portfolio strategy, governance, roadmap planning, prioritization, and investment management
• Excellent commercial and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate opportunities based on strategic alignment, customer value, cost, risk, and expected returns
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including portfolio performance measurement and value realization
• In-depth understanding of Agile delivery models and the roles and responsibilities of Product Management, Product Owners, Engineering, and other delivery functions
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to resolve competing priorities, manage dependencies, and influence stakeholders across complex organizational structures
• Ability to translate business strategies into outcome-driven portfolio roadmaps, measurable objectives, and actionable investment priorities
• Strong capabilities in performance management, continuous improvement, and strategic resource allocation
• Ability to balance long-term portfolio strategy with execution oversight to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable customer value

Your Daily Tasks

Product Portfolio Strategy and Governance

• Define and oversee product portfolio strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term growth priorities
• Translate organizational strategies into portfolio goals, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes
• Evaluate portfolio performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decisions and investments
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, operational standards, and decision principles

Portfolio Planning and Prioritization

• Oversee product portfolio roadmaps to ensure priorities reflect strategic value, customer impact, investment requirements, and business risks
• Lead investment prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity plans across product domains
• Make strategic trade-off decisions on scope, delivery sequence, dependencies, and time-to-market requirements
• Review and adjust portfolio priorities to address evolving business needs, market conditions, and product performance

Stakeholder and Executive Leadership

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and provide insights on portfolio direction, investment decisions, business risks, and performance
• Align business stakeholders, Product Owners, Engineering teams, and other departments on priorities, resources, and expected outcomes
• Communicate portfolio progress, performance results, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Evaluate business requests and emerging opportunities to ensure alignment with portfolio objectives and value creation

Delivery Oversight and Cross-Functional Alignment

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leaders to translate portfolio priorities into actionable roadmaps and delivery expectations
• Monitor portfolio execution, dependencies, risks, and delivery performance to maintain alignment with strategic objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions and resolve escalated portfolio priorities and resource conflicts
• Coordinate activities across product domains while maintaining clear accountability for delivery execution

Value Realization and Performance Management

• Establish portfolio performance metrics to measure business value, customer outcomes, product adoption, and return on investment
• Monitor expected benefits and recommend adjustments to underperforming or lower-priority investments
• Analyze portfolio insights, customer feedback, and performance data to guide continuous improvement and future investment decisions
• Ensure product investments deliver measurable business impact, operational efficiency, and sustainable customer value

Organizational and People Leadership

• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and guidance to Product Owners and product management professionals
• Strengthen portfolio management practices, governance standards, and outcome-driven decisions across the organization
• Foster collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and other key departments
• Champion a strategic, customer-centric, and value-driven product culture across the organization
