The Product Management Head provides strategic leadership over the bank's retail product portfolio, including Loans, CASA, and ATM products. This role is accountable for portfolio performance, product governance, and people management, ensuring Product Managers deliver customer-centric, compliant, and profitable products aligned with the bank's strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall product vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy across retail banking products.
- Set priorities, approve major product initiatives, and drive portfolio-level performance (growth, profitability, digital adoption).
- Establish product management standards and governance across the organization.
- Provide UX and customer experience direction, ensuring products and journeys are simple, intuitive, and effective.
- Lead, coach, and manage Product Managers, including performance management and capability development.
- Act as the primary product partner to senior management and key stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, IT).
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
