Job Summary:
The Head, Product Management responsible in owning, developing, and managing new digital payment products for BDO. He/She is expected to contribute to product conceptualization and will lead projects working with cross-functional teams such as Operations Support, IT, UX, analytic marketing and Branch Banking to launch key products and features and optimizing product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Roadmapping
- To help BDO Pay Head and CBG Digital Head in defining the product roadmap for BDO Pay app and Basic Account
2.Product Management
- Execute the vision, strategies, goals and roadmap for your products in partnership with alignment of top management.
- Own the product management lifecycle and improve our ability launch and enhance our product w/ best practices.
- Own the Product Operations and Channel Governance and ensure that performance, responsiveness, and security of our key features live up to world-class benchmarks.
3.Project and cross-functional management
- Lead key initiatives and projects cross-functional support members from Operations support, IT, external development teams, marketing, UX, analytics etc to achieve business goals such as User Acquisition
- Develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders to champion the product.
Qualifications:
- At least 5- 10 years experience in Digital Product Management/ Digital or App Operations, Marketing/ Merchant Management.
- Knowledgeable in Digital Payments and Fintech, Business Strategy, eMoney, Banking and Digital Platform Management
