Head of Procurement (FMCG/F&B Mfg)

Overview

My client is an industry leading F&B manufacturing company. Currently they are on the lookout to hire their Head of Procurement to drive their procurement transformation, develop the team's capabilities and TCO targets.

This position will be looking to cover indirect and direct spend (150M dollars)

• Full-time, permanent role (Publicly listed MNC)
• Ability for frequent travel to MY and across the region (50%)
• Regional experinece and people management role

Requirements

• 12+ years of regional procurement experience with hands-on exposure managing both indirect and direct spend within FMCG/F&B Mfg sector (must have)
• 5+ years of experience in people management role (remote/outside of SG people management experience is considered a big plus)
• Strong regional supplier network (i.e. China + other SEA markets)
• Proven track record managing bottom line to increase financial margins while maintaining a high standard of quality, compliance, and inventory.
• Ability to travel within Asia region (MY + China + and other SEA countries) 50% of the time

Remuneration

• 16,000 to 22,000 SGD per month + Performance Bonus

*Negotiable depending on experience and suitability
