Job Description

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and support stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, capacity planning, inventory management, and workflow optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant FDA, pharmacy, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Maintain quality systems, aseptic processing standards, and protocols.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, quality controls, and operational processes.
  • Drive operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections and compliance matters.
  • Partner with leadership, product, and clinical teams to support scale-up and new product initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BSP) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • Active PRC Pharmacist License in good standing.
  • Minimum 6 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 4 years in pharmacy operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, pharmaceutical quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing pharmacy teams, SOPs, quality assurance programmes, and operational performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to scale operations while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to managing the end to end development of brick and mortar pharmacies.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with FDA inspections and regulatory audits.
  • Lean Six Sigma, BCPS, MBA, or related advanced certifications.
  • Experience building and scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
