Job Description

WHO WE ARE:

A telehealth platform focusing on transformative, stigmatized health issues. Our goal is to address Southeast Asia's most overlooked and misunderstood health concerns, and we do it through care, design, and storytelling that treats people like people, not patients.

WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK:

Our head office is in BGC, Taguig City in the heart of a dynamic business and lifestyle district. Our core working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, designed to help you avoid the early morning rush and start your day on your terms. We also run an active social club (@club.1630) where the team stays connected beyond the desk.

WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS FOR YOU:

As our Head of Performance Marketing, you'll own the paid acquisition engine for &you, managing the budgets, the platforms, the data, and the people who make it all move. We run meaningful ad spend across Meta and Google, and we need someone who doesn't just understand the mechanics of paid media, but who thinks carefully about what's working, why it's working, and what to do next.

You'll be working with a team who's hands-on enough to go deep when it matters, whether that's pulling attribution data, pressure-testing a creative hypothesis with the right tool, or working with the Marketing Team to analyze what's actually driving results. This isn't a role where you set campaigns and check in weekly. It's a role for someone who's energized by the full picture: the numbers, the story behind the numbers, and the levers that move them.

YOU'RE A MATCH IF YOU:

  • Have managed or closely overseen paid campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads, not as a coordinator, but as the person accountable for results.
  • Have experience managing ad spend of at least $50,000 per month on a single platform (Meta or Google - separately, not combined).
  • Have experience in leading and developing a team of three direct reports, with at least 2 years of people management experience under your belt.
  • Understand attribution well enough to choose the right tool, set it up correctly, and actually trust what it tells you.
  • Know your way around conversion rate optimization - not just the concept, but the practice of running tests, reading results, and iterating.
  • Can hold an intelligent conversation about creative strategy and use data to support creative decisions, not just validate them after the fact.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-moving, on-site environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
  • Bring a foundational understanding of how marketing and advertising fit together; not just paid, but the broader ecosystem.

PROFILE WISHLIST:

  • Background in ecommerce or a performance-focused agency - either is strong; both is a bonus.
  • Experience working with or inside international companies; you understand how global campaigns differ from local ones.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one attribution platform.
  • Familiarity with creative intelligence tools.
  • A track record of translating performance data into clear decisions - not just reports, but actual next steps.
  • Comfort building and presenting work to senior stakeholders, with a clear point of view and the data to back it.
