Job Description

  • Serve as the company's senior authority on performance marketing, setting strategy, standards, and best practices across all paid channels.
  • Own the end-to-end performance marketing framework, from acquisition strategy to measurement, attribution, and optimization.
  • Act as the primary senior partner to the paid media agency, setting direction, reviewing execution, and holding partners accountable to performance targets.
  • Lead advanced performance analysis, identifying growth levers, structural inefficiencies, and scalability opportunities.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive testing and experimentation roadmaps across creatives, audiences, funnels, and bidding strategies.
  • Establish and maintain robust attribution, tracking, and analytics infrastructure (pixels, conversion APIs, GA4, MMPs, data pipelines).
  • Partner with the COO on strategic budget planning, long-term forecasting, and ROI optimization.
  • Work with the Marketing Consultant to ensure alignment between paid media, brand initiatives, and broader growth objectives.
  • Build executive-level reporting and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers (if applicable), raising the organization's overall performance capability.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments in automation, AI bidding, privacy regulations, and platform changes.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, with proven senior-level ownership.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, and other major paid platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics, attribution modeling, and performance forecasting.
  • Strong experience with tools such as GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to challenge agencies and vendors with data-backed, technically sound recommendations.
  • Exceptional financial and commercial acumen, with experience optimizing for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue impact.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth, scale-up, or performance-driven environments.
  • Exposure to international or multi-market campaigns.
  • Background in SQL, Python, or advanced analytics is a strong advantage.
  • Experience building internal performance systems and playbooks from scratch.
