Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute overseas marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities.
  • Lead and manage overseas marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the overseas marketing team.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Travel overseas as required to support business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international or regional marketing.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
