We are looking for a strategic
Head of Organization Development (SAVP) to lead enterprise-wide OD initiatives for a leading Philippine conglomerate with businesses in
Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Power, and Utilities. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this role will oversee three managers within the HR Center of Excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives.
- Drive culture transformation and change management.
- Develop leadership, succession, and talent development programs.
- Oversee performance management and capability-building strategies.
- Align people initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Organization Development at a leadership level.
- Strong background in organizational design, culture transformation, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives across complex organizations.
