Job Summary:
EEI Energy Solutions Corporation is looking for a highly experienced Head of Operations to lead and drive operational excellence across our Renewable Energy and Retail Electricity Supply (RES) business. This role is ideal for an energy executive with strong leadership experience, commercial mindset, and deep understanding of the evolving Philippine energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydro, and other sustainable technologies) and retail electricity supply (RES).
- Drive operational performance, efficiency, and reliability while ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Manage electricity sourcing, portfolio optimization, and supply contracting for contestable customers under RCOA.
- Oversee compliance with DOE, ERC, and NGCP regulations.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of high performance, innovation, and safety.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape business strategy and growth initiatives in the Philippine energy sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the energy industry.
- Proven track record in renewable energy operations.
- Strong experience in Retail Electricity Supply (RES) and electricity market operations (WESM, RCOA).
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Executive presence, decision-making capability, and ability to drive results in complex environments.
