Head of Operations - Dialysis Center/Clinics (NON BPO BACKGROUND)

Monroe Consulting Philippines has partnered with a premier, fast-growing healthcare provider specializing in dialysis and multi-site clinical services. As they expand nationwide, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Operations Director for a pioneering role. This leader will oversee non-clinical operations, technical infrastructure, supply chain, and regulatory compliance to ensure operational excellence across current and future sites

• Location: Primary assignment in Cavite (100% Onsite setup)
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various clinic sites across the Philippines
• Role Type: Executive / Leadership (Pioneering Role)

Reporting directly as a senior operational advisor to the CEO, you will design and govern the network operating model across all non-clinical and technical functions—including facilities, procurement, inventory, maintenance, utilities, logistics, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish network-wide SOPs, operating standards, governance routines, and escalation pathways for multi-site operations.
• Lead operational planning and execution for core dialysis and new business expansions.
• Serve as the CEO's senior advisor on site readiness, infrastructure risk, operating costs, and expansion feasibility.
• Govern technical operations network-wide, ensuring 100% readiness for dialysis machines, RO water systems, preventive maintenance, and asset performance.
• Lead end-to-end operational readiness for new site fit-outs, utility setups, equipment deployment, and vendor mobilization.
• Oversee vendor accreditation, purchasing controls, contract discipline, and price management to maintain supply reliability.
• Establish centralized inventory tracking to manage usage trends, stockout risks, equipment lifecycles, and cost drivers
• Ensure full operational compliance across all sites for DOH licensing, PhilHealth accreditation, DENR waste management, DOLE safety standards, and internal audits.
• Partner with Finance on budgets and capital investment tracking; HR on operational staffing models; IT on tracking tools; and Nursing/QA on seamless service delivery.
• Mentor and develop operational leaders and technical teams across the growing national network.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 12–15+ years of progressive operations leadership with proven multi-site management in healthcare, dialysis, clinical services, medical devices, or highly regulated sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Hands-on exposure to DOH, PhilHealth, DENR, DOLE, and internal audit compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in asset management, inventory systems, procurement workflows, ERPs, and operational dashboards.
• Open to working onsite in Cavite and traveling nationwide for site readiness and expansion projects.
• Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, CSCP, PMP, or DOLE Safety Officer certification.
