Role Description

The Head of Operations – Cebu Office is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of City Service Corporation within the Cebu Area. The position ensures the effective delivery of services across all assigned client accounts through efficient manpower deployment, operational planning, client relationship management, and compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

The Head of Operations shall provide leadership and direction to the Operations Team to achieve operational targets, maintain client satisfaction, ensure workforce stability, and support business growth initiatives. The position is also responsible for monitoring operational performance, resolving client concerns, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all services are delivered in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, oversee large manpower complements, and drive operational excellence across various industries and service environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Industrial Technology, or any related field.

• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in operations, facilities management, janitorial services, property management, manpower services, hospitality, or related industries.

• Proven experience in handling multiple client accounts and large manpower complements.

• Preferably with experience managing at least 500 or more deployed personnel across multiple sites.

• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Knowledgeable in labor laws, employee relations, and operational compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

• Willing to be assigned and permanently based in Cebu City.

• For applicants residing outside Cebu, must be willing to relocate to Cebu at their own expense.

• Willing to travel and conduct field operations within Cebu and nearby provinces as required.

• Preferably with experience in service contracting, facilities management, janitorial, manpower, property management, or related service industries.
