Role Summary:

As the Operations Leader, you will have a significant impact on the Philippines Advisory Delivery Center's growth and success. Your leadership, strategic insights, and operational excellence will contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the overall success of the KDN in Philippines. With a growing portfolio and key role in KPMG's Global Strategy, your contributions will be instrumental in achieving significant growth in the coming months/years.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in the fiscal year planning: You will actively contribute to the strategic planning process for the Philippines Advisory Delivery Center, shaping the direction and priorities for the upcoming year.
  • Budget Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing the budget for the Philippines Advisory Delivery Center, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Cost Control and Optimization: You will provide valuable insights and inputs to drive cost control measures. Leveraging your competitive knowledge, you will proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and automation of processes, ensuring the efficient operation of the business.
  • Collaboration with other Departments: You will work closely with various departments, such as Administration, Human Resources, and Finance, Resource Management, and other business units to ensure seamless coordination and support for the Consulting business group's operations.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy accounts receivable cycle, ensuring that outstanding invoices are collected within a reasonable time.
  • Strategic Recruitment Direction: You will provide strategic directions to the recruitment team, defining the sourcing channels and strategies to attract and retain top talent within the Consulting business group.
  • Monthly Reporting: You will produce comprehensive monthly reports that provide key insights and analysis, enabling informed decision-making and tracking progress towards goals.
  • Reporting Reconciliation: You will be responsible for providing timely data, reports and reconciling the financials with KPMG member firms.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will be closely working with solution business leaders and extending all the support required to deliver our best to our clients. You are providing insights and data points to Consulting leaders on a regular basis to take any corrective measures to meet the financial goals.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within operations or consulting services.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cost control and process optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the consulting industry and market dynamics.
